What is the lead time for ordering a new Tekcel CNC Router?
All of our Tekcel CNC Routers are made to order in our factory, with an average lead time of 6-8 weeks. Please contact our sales department at (08) 9248 6344 to confirm current production times.
What materials can a Tekcel CNC Router cut?
Depending on the machine model and the accessories chosen, our Tekcel CNC routers are capable of cutting a wide range of materials, including aluminium, wood, MDF, stone, acrylic, PET, PVC, plastics, glass, felts, foam, rubber, composites and many more.
What is the maximum RPM that a Tekcel CNC Router can cut at?
Our Tekcel CNC Routers are fit with durable Italian-made HSD 9kW spindles, with exception to our Tekcel P-Series, which is fit with HSD 4.5kW spindles. Their robust design is capable of variable speeds up to 24,000 RPM.
What is the accuracy of a Tekcel CNC Router?
Our Tekcel CNC Routers are equipped with a ballscrew drive system on all axes for an accuracy of +/- 0.05mm per 300mm when cutting and shaping a wide range of materials.
The accuracy of a CNC router depends on a number of factors, including the size of the machine, the type of cutting tool that is being used and the complexity of the design.
What is the maximum gantry height on a Tekcel CNC Router?
Our Tekcel H Series offers our largest cutting envelope, with a maximum Z-axis height of 500mm.
What CAD/CAM software can I use with a Tekcel CNC Router?
Most of the commonly used CAD/CAM software is compatible with our Tekcel CNC Routers. We recommend using ProfileLAB for all your CNC router projects.

We supply post processors so that your Tekcel CNC router can run seamlessly with a variety of software applications. Our Tekcel CNC Routers are compatible with a variety of post-processors, including but not limited to:

For all new machines, Tommotek offers a full 12-month warranty from date of installation. This covers all parts of the machine from defects in materials and/or workmanship.
